From the creative mind of Nicholas Lefler comes the Western band Skull Country.
Mixing roots of country western music and spanish guitar, Skull Country designs timeless music for film, western bars and one's nostalgic journey back in time.
From the iconic sounds of the gold rush era to upbeat 1970's dance tunes of the western outlaw scene, Skull Country offers a new take on the classic western sound.
Focused on storytelling and the local history of Calaveras County, Lead Singer, Guitarist & Drummer Nicholas Lefler, Back Up Singer, Guitarist Michael Stange and Bassist Caleb Galvan make up the Skull Country band.
The band has released 2 Studio Albums (The Sound of the Goldrush & The Widow) to date with the late great Dobro player Max DeLacy and Fiddle Player Austin Broder.
The third album "Bootleggers" is soon to be released March of 2023.
